The Problem
Across Getty Images forms and regional marketing programs we produce a large volume of leads that aren’t tightly qualified. These leads are being sent to our Customer Success and Sales teams to be actioned. The opportunity is to pre-qualify inbound leads on Gettyimages.com and route customers to the appropriate teams to drive better actioning and revenue generation.  

The Solution
Create a new call-to-action module that can be embedded on product pages that allows customers to better pre-qualify before filling out a contact request form. Design three new contact forms for Licensing Information, Contact sales, and Request Support.
